Description
Through this live webinar, participants will learn how to assess the knee joint complex more effectively and efficiently, including joint mobilizations, meniscal mobilizations, and myofascial and soft tissue releases. This webinar focuses on using the manual therapy approach of Test-Treat-Retest to combine evaluation and treatment into one, giving clinicians the tools to treat knee pain in ways they have never known before.
At the completion of this webinar, the participant will be able to:
1. |
Accurately describe 6 anatomical structures of the knee complex and their application to joint mechanics, knee movement and knee dysfunction |
2. |
Accurately describe the assessment concepts for knee joint complex mobilizations and myofascial release of the knee |
3. |
Demonstrate 6 knee joint complex joint assessments with proficiency and skill |
4. |
Demonstrate 6 knee joint complex soft tissue assessment techniques with proficiency and skill |
5. |
Independently discuss 4 treatment concepts for myofascial release of the knee complex |
