Synthesis Schedule

Become a CIMT

Our Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT) program is designed to create the ideal roadmap towards becoming a great manual therapist. This program will train therapists to assess dysfunction from a whole body perspective and help to "connect the dots" from where the driver of the pain is to where the symptoms reside using an eclectic manual therapy approach.

About the Synthesis Course

The Synthesis course, taught by Patrick Hoban, is our certification program. It is a 4-day course with study materials that integrate all of the program prerequisite courses together. The course will also add in advanced techniques from all areas and help shape your thinking about treating dysfunction. The final day of the course will be a comprehensive written, oral, and lab examination. Learn more about Patrick Hoban.

Please note! Due to the continuing increase in states' restriction of PTAs to do mobilization, the stance of the APTA on this matter and the restriction of PTAs to assess, beginning January 1, 2011 Physical Therapist Assistants will no longer be eligible to sit for the Synthesis course or become certified as a CIMT through Great Lakes Seminars.
