Please note before cancelling: We are not automatically notified when registrants cancel on their own. Please contact us at info@glseminars.com before or immediately after you cancel for your reimbursement options. Refunds are not automatically awarded due to the policy below.

Registrants cancelling more than 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the course may receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee, transfer to another course of the same value without penalty, or keep a voucher with us for a future registration without penalty. Please note that vouchers are non-refundable and may only be applied to future orders.

Registrants cancelling less than 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the course are not eligible to receive a refund. Registrants have the option to transfer to another course of the same value or keep a voucher with us for a future registration. Please note that vouchers are non-refundable and may only be applied to future orders.

Registrants who do not show up to a course without any prior notice have 1 week (7 calendar days) after the course to notify GLS of their absence. At that time, registrants have the option to transfer to another course of the same value or keep a voucher with us for a future registration, both of which are subject to a $50 absence fee. Registrants who do not notify us of their absence within the allotted 1 week will forfeit all funds.
