Teaching Self Treatment: Empowering Your Patients to Maximize their Outcomes

Course Description

This course was designed to give the clinician the knowledge and skills needed to instruct their patients in self-joint mobilizations and self-soft tissue mobilizations (instrument and non-instrument assisted) that the patient can use at home. This will reinforce the results of your exercise and manual treatment with the patient in the clinic to improve carry-over between sessions and overall patient outcomes. This course is at least 75% hands-on lab and will give the clinician skills they can use immediately when they return to the clinic setting. This a lab-based course and students will attain a set of tools to use with confidence on Monday morning.

No current scheduled courses for 2020
