Patrick Hoban founded Great Lakes Seminars with one goal in mind: To provide the highest quality Manual Therapy courses available and to help therapists make a difference in their patient’s lives. As GLS has continued to grow each year, the focus has remained the same.

Many companies administer courses that are vastly different in structure, design and teaching method from one another. GLS takes a different approach; we own all of our courses and Patrick Hoban has designed all of our manual therapy courses. This approach benefits you in everything from course consistency to a truly vested interest in the excellence of each course. This excellence is also evident in our Private Course Program.

Tony Castaldi, GLS Business Director, has made sure that the program is designed to be as easy as possible for you; from inquiring about a course through actually hosting a course. About GLS Courses

•	Course Consistency: all of our courses have the same structure and setup. You will get the same type of structure each time you work with us and your therapists will know what to expect.
•	Learning Theory: All of our courses are based on the Learning Theory. We break information down so it is straight forward and easy to understand. We then repeat all of our techniques at least three times, in different formats, ensuring your staff has mastered the techniques by the time the course is completed.
•	Treatment Based: We want you staff to be able to return to treating and immediately utilize the techniques from our course. To achieve this, we design the entire course around ensuring your staff masters the techniques. We only include the information that is necessary to help your staff master the material and provide a very focused learning experience.
•	Commitment to Excellence: We do everything we can to ensure our courses are as great as possible. Beginning with course design and going all the way through the actual presentation we do everything we can to make each component of the class exceptional.
