From Norfolk, Virginia Beach:
Take I-64 to Exit 265A, LaSalle Avenue. Continue until LaSalle turns into Chesapeake Avenue. The Institute is approx. 2 miles on the right.

From Hampton, Williamsburg/Richmond:
Take I-64 to Exit 264 (I-664 South). Take Exit 3, (Aberdeen Road) and turn left at the stoplight. Continue to the end. (Note: Aberdeen changes to Buxton Avenue at the railroad tracks). The Institute is at the end of Buxton Avenue.

From the James River Bridge
Take the James River Bridge toward Newport News and stay in the right hand lane. Turn right onto Warwick Blvd. just after the bridge. Continue to downtown Newport News. Take I-664 North (a left exit) just past 35^th Street. From I-664, take Exit 3, (Aberdeen Road) and turn right at the light. Continue to the end. (Note: Aberdeen changes its name to Buxton Avenue at the railroad tracks.) The Institute is at the end of Buxton Avenue.

From Portsmouth:
Take Route 17 (High Street) to College Drive (Route 135) Take College Drive (Route 135) to I-664. Take I-664 North toward Hampton/Newport News. From I-664, take Exit 3, (Aberdeen Road) and turn right at the light. Continue to the end. (Note: Aberdeen changes its name to Buxton Avenue at the railroad tracks.) From Chesapeake:
