From Route 17:
Southbound to Lyndhurst/Ridge Road Exit. Make (left) onto Ridge Rd. Make (left) onto Lake Rd. *Optimum Orthopedics Plaza building is on the corner of Lake and Ridge Rd.

From Route 3:
Eastbound
Take 17S/Ridge Rd exit (exit is just after Route 21 exits after bridge). Make (left) onto Rutherford Ave/CR-30. Make (right) onto Ridge Rd. Make (left) onto Lake Ave. *Optimum Orthopedics Plaza building is on the corner of Lake and Ridge Rd.

Westbound:
Take Ridge Rd exit. Make (left) onto Ridge Rd. Make (left) onto Lake Ave. *Optimum Orthopedics Plaza building is on the corner of Lake and Ridge Rd.

From Route 21:
Northbound
Exit 7 Lyndhurst/Nutley. Make (right) at the end of the ramp. **Go over bridge and continue straight. Make (left) onto Ridge Rd. Make (right) onto Lake Ave. *Optimum Orthopedics Plaza building is on the corner of Lake and Ridge Rd.

Southbound
Exit 8 Lyndhurst/Nutley. At ramp make a (left). Make a (left) at the 1st light (bank and Dunkin Donuts at corner) **Go over bridge and continue straight. Make (left) onto Ridge Rd. Make (right) onto Lake Ave. *Optimum Orthopedics Plaza building is on the corner of Lake and Ridge Rd.
You may park in the lot beneath the building at the corner of Ridge/Lake Ave or in the surrounding area. Please note the street parking signs and that there is a 2 hour parking limit on Ridge Rd.
Proceed to the 2nd floor of the building
