Directions to Center for Pain Relief

From I64 East and West:
Take exit 58A Oakwood Road
Follow 119 South for 5.2 miles
Make a left at mile marker 74.4 Parkway Rd. (Southridge Business Park)
Make a right onto Peyton Way at the 4 way stop
Take the first right into the Center for Pain parking lot
